At Anvi Systems, we want you to understand what you are purchasing before completing an order.
This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased through the Anvi Systems website and processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
1. Digital Products
Our products are delivered digitally and may include Google Sheets templates, systems, and related digital materials.
Because digital products may be made available immediately after purchase, refund eligibility can depend on the nature of the product, whether it has been accessed or delivered, applicable consumer protection laws, and Paddle’s refund policies.
2. Refund Requests
Unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with Paddle’s applicable refund policy and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To request a refund, you can use Paddle’s customer support service at:
You may also contact Anvi Systems using the support email provided on our website, and we will assist with the request where appropriate.
3. Product or Technical Problems
If you cannot access a product you purchased, receive the wrong product, or experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the product as described, please contact us first.
We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.
If a material technical or product defect cannot be resolved, a refund may be available in accordance with applicable law and Paddle’s refund policy.
4. Products That Are Not as Described
If a product is materially different from its description or does not provide the features or materials described on the relevant product page, please contact us.
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it or determine whether a refund is appropriate.
Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the duplicate transaction and, where appropriate, arrange for the applicable refund through Paddle.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Paddle processes refunds for transactions made through Paddle. We do not send refunds directly to customers for Paddle transactions.
7. Access After a Refund
If a refund is issued, access to the relevant digital product may be withdrawn or discontinued.
This includes access to downloadable files, templates, or other digital materials associated with the refunded purchase.
8. Fraud and Refund Abuse
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, manipulation, or other improper activity, subject to applicable law.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.
Where applicable law provides greater rights than this policy, those rights will apply.
10. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for transactions processed through Paddle and handles the payment transaction and applicable refund process.
