Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are displayed on the relevant product page and at checkout. Applicable taxes or other charges may be calculated and presented during checkout by Paddle.
Payment information is processed by Paddle. Anvi Systems does not request or store your full payment card details.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4. Digital Delivery
After a successful purchase, the purchased digital product or access instructions will be delivered electronically through the delivery method specified for the product.
For Google Sheets products, delivery may include instructions or a link allowing you to create your own copy of the template.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout and ensuring that messages from Paddle or Anvi Systems are not blocked by your email provider.
